SlindokuhleTshabalala. The project will be running a Hatchery business
in the town of Bronkhorstpruit.
In modern classifications, the term Hatchery covers the sector which is
engaged in production and supply of day-old chicks by artificial
incubation.
A hatchery is a facility that can be part ofa breeding phase for chickens
or it can be a franchiser or sub franchiser for parent and day-old chicks
of broilers or layers.
The term hatchery can be extended to an organization which does not
maintain any breed stock but only obtains hatching eggs for production
day-old chicks which is what the project will implement.
