It is a community. There are four roles in this community. These roles include a Member, this is a person with a skillset or many and willing to offer them as a service. A Client; this is the person with work or project and basically looking for competent individuals to work for them. A Scout; this is the person that looks for work or projects related to registered skillsets in the workshop and recruits the client. Then an Administrator; this is the managing and directing role for the workshop and its activities. They facilitate the successful completion of projects by members for clients. The community is a place for clients to find members at affordable rates, and get help managing their projects or work on their behalf. Scouts make sure there work circulating in the community and expanding client connections for future projects or work.
