Riversands Incubation Hub is a large-scale business incubator and is home to more than 150 small businesses with many more entrepreneurs supported through business development and support services offered.

The Hub is located at the centre of the Riversands Commercial Park. The primary intention of the incubator is to create a strong, enabling ecosystem which fosters the development of high-potential enterprises.

We help entrepreneurs grow faster through a professional address and access to high quality support services.

Our Founder’s Vision:
- We are a large-scale business incubator established in 2015 through a partnership between Century Property Developments and The Jobs Fund.
- We have the scale and ambition to amplify entrepreneurial activity and connect small business to corporate South Africa.
- We are living the dream of Mark Corbett, CEO of Century Property Developments, who envisioned a better starting point for promising small businesses.

The hub:

-Works with start-ups and established businesses
-Builds a steady pipeline of entrepreneurs
-Provides entrepreneurs with business and skills training programmes
-Stimulates an interest in entrepreneurship
